• We expect the same high standards from our contractors, suppliers, and business partners. We are committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business.

Corruption and Anti-Bribery
We do not allow any form of bribery or corruption, including offering, promising, giving, accepting, or soliciting of an advantage to induce an action which is illegal, unethical, or a breach of trust.

• Facilitation Payments: We do not offer, and will not accept facilitation payments of any kind.
• Gifts: We only permit reasonable hospitality or gifts for legitimate business purposes, but they must not influence the outcome of a business transaction.

To identify and mitigate risk, we:
